Gluten Free?

Since we begin with REAL food, our guests that need gluten-free dinners can usually find a nice selection. If you looked at our menu, here are afew items that Chef Timm would recommend for those avoiding gluten:

Entrees:

- Any of our fresh fish without breading

- Crab Au Gratin (jumbo lump crab cooked in white wine & garlic butter instead of in the cheese sauce)

- Grilled Pork Chop

- Chicken Oscar (without the pasta) Choose grilled or Cajun only!

- Cajun Ribeye Steak

- Maine Lobster Tails

- Filet Mignon

- New York Strip Steak

- Prime Rib of Beef

- Pesto Primavera (now made with gluten-free pasta in the recipe!)

- Steamed Vegetable Platter (broccoli, asparagus, spinach/mushrooms & choice of baked or sweet potato)

For Kids:

Fish - broiled, grilled or Cajun

Steak Sandwich (no bun)

Hamburger (no bun)

Side Dishes:

Tossed House Salad (no croutons)

Baked Potato

Sweet Potato

House Cole Slaw

Smashed Potatoes

Spinach & Mushrooms
